Additionally, the OMNITRACKS web help is directly accessible from within the platform and linked to each main functional area. Administrators will also find helpful information and guidance directly within the corresponding administration menu items.
Long-term use of OMNITRACKS is subject to our licensing terms. You can request a permanent company account at any time by selecting the appropriate request type in the contact section of our website.
Pricing depends on the OMNITRACKS subscription level you choose.
Paid, ongoing use of OMNITRACKS is based on the number of active OMNITRACKS users (Named Users) registered in your account. As an OMNITRACKS administrator, you can deactivate or reactivate Named User accounts within your company account at any time.
This rule does not apply to access via the Self-Service Portal. Access to the OMNITRACKS Self-Service Portal is free of charge for individuals who are part of a company with an active OMNITRACKS contract.
Yes, extensions are possible at any time. In your company account settings, your OMNITRACKS administrator can view the number of active and available Named User licenses.
To request additional Named User accounts, simply use the contact section on our website and select the appropriate request type. OMNITRACKS will process the extension as quickly as possible and notify you via email once it is activated.
Please note: A reduction in the number of available Named User accounts is only possible by permanently deactivating the corresponding user accounts. For more information, see the FAQ entry on unused Named User accounts.

Currently, user accounts can only be permanently closed by the OMNITRACKS team. The total number of Named User accounts per company is updated once per month, at the end of the month, based on approved closure requests.
Please note: Once a user account has been permanently closed, it cannot be reactivated for that company account.
This can be done either by upgrading your OMNITRACKS subscription or by adding individual options to your existing plan. You can request an upgrade or feature extension at any time via the contact section on our website by selecting the appropriate request type.
A subscription upgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, while additional features can often be activated immediately within the current cycle.
Any adjustments to your OMNITRACKS subscription fees will apply from the month the new features are made available.
The OMNITRACKS license agreement can be cancelled free of charge, provided that the applicable notice period is observed.

For security reasons, a confirmation will be sent to the email address registered in your company account.
As a true Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, OMNITRACKS requires no local installation. All you need is an internet-enabled device, a reliable internet connection, and a standard web browser.
To get the best experience with OMNITRACKS, please ensure the following:
A screen resolution of 1280 px or higher is recommended for desktop use
Supported browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari (Mac OS)
JavaScript and cookies must be enabled in your browser settings
A stable internet connection with at least 6 Mbit/s download speed is recommended for optimal performance
